Last month I had the privilege of second shooting a gorgeous wedding at Kedleston Hall with the talented and lovely Rebecca Honeywell. The light in the ‘Saloon’ where the ceremony was held was a photographers dream, as were the bride, groom and guests; so many beautiful outfits, hats and relaxed happy people 
This morning didn’t look too promising and driving to our shoot location, in the rain, I did wonder about the wisdom of continuing. However the overcast day made a refreshing change and provided beautiful soft light for this handsome wee chap.

I recently spent a few hours with a lovely family during their wedding preparations, you may recognise them from a portrait session last year. The wonderful Jo and Si were their official photographers as I don’t have the nerves of steel required for wedding photography. I have been involved with two weddings this month and now have even more respect for those who choose to specialise in wedding photography, it’s fun but it is also extremely hard work, very time consuming and a huge responsibility!
It was wonderful to see this fun family again on such a happy occasion, below are a few of my favourites of the day.
