a portrait photographer’s frustrations

photo bombing example

I love my kids, but have a love hate relationship photographing them!  They, quite naturally, are a little fed up of the lens always pointing their way and don’t always cooperate; who can blame them.  I find it really frustrating though when the light/location is beautiful and my ‘models’ won’t be sensible.  However after the event I look back on the photos from our holiday and think ……we did have fun and will treasure the photobombing,  funny faces and silliness; them acting up for my camera has become part of our holidays.

So here are a few of our holiday snaps; precious to me, but art they aren’t :)  Do you have a favourite photograph taken on holiday, one that really makes you smile?  If so why not pop over to my facebook page  tell me about it and perhaps send me a link, I’d love to see.
