Last week, on an unusually beautifully sunny morning,  Lema and I created some wonderful lifestyle business portraits in a Derby park;  a lovely alternative to formal headshots.

She was looking for some photographs for use in publicising her work and for profile pictures on social media.   In her own words: “Lema is an Energy 4 Life Coach.  She works with clients who want to make changes; E4L offers individuals the skills needed to support energy balance on a physical and psychological level to promote optimal health and wellbeing.”

At one point we were discussing photography… Me:  “It’s about seeing the light and knowing what to so with it once you’ve found it…” and Lema quipped: “That sounds very Zen!”… Cue giggles :)
